Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG (W465, 2025+) AMG Offroad Package PRO Spare Tire Spacer Kit

Are you running aftermarket wheels or tires on your G63 AMG equipped with the Offroad Package? To mount your bigger 5th wheel you will need to space the spare tire carrier plate and mount to clear the face of the rim and keep the tire from rubbing the back of the vehicle. With the optional AMG Offroad Package PRO package, the spare tire carrier for the G63 AMG is a swing out arm style, that still bolts to the body to stay secured. This change means that the traditional “reverse mount” kits on the market will not work without further modification.

Our easy to install kit allows you to space the face of the wheel 6mm from the body of the car, and mitigate at least 14mm of offset from a deeper dish wheel.

The demo photos show a Vossen HFX-1, 20 × 10.5 +20 offset. The tire is a Nitto Ridge Grappler with a size of 275/60/R20.

Important Information:

  • Spacers are made in Germany from HDPE Plastic so there is no risk of corrosion, and the extended bolts are ISO 8.8 Zinc-Plated Steel with a Torx head, identically matching the factory bolts.

  • This kit is designed for all 2025+ model Mercedes Benz G63 AMG models ONLY equipped with the AMG Offroad Package PRO package which comes with the swing out tire carrier.

    • Customers running tires larger than a 33in may run into further clearance issues with the tires hitting the swing arm mount.

    • Installation should be done by a professional shop, as under-torqued bolts can lead to damage to wheels or vehicle.

  • Fitment:

    • Carrier plate (#460 in the diagram below) moved +6mm away from the car.

    • Support Hub moved -8mm closer to the carrier plate which it mates to.

      • This is close to the maximum amount of offset available while still allowing for the locking hex bolt (#420 in the diagram below) to thread without binding.

  • Aftermarket wheels with a lipped center bore (such as Vossen in our testing) may need the Support Hub piece (#260 in the diagram below, part number A 463 898 38 00) either sanded down or placed on a lathe to shave 0.5mm~1mm of diameter off to full clear through the center bore. We can provide this service for an extra fee. Please contact us for details.
