Was your car originally delivered in California or an overseas special order? If so you may have the OEM Volvo exhaust gas recirculation system. Over time these systems fail or start to rust out, and often lead to exhaust leaks and annoyance when trying to service your redblock PCV system.
Our EGR delete kit comes with a block off plate for the intake manifold and threaded plug for the exhaust manifold. They are made from 3mm thick aluminum and will hold up over time vs many of the 3D printed options. Anodized colors for the intake manifold plate are available at special request but will incur a fee for the one-off manufacturing.

What you may need:
Volvo Gasket: 1378488
A chemical gasket such as RTV or Reinzoil can be used as well. (See install instructions).
Please confirm the thread size in your exhaust manifold before ordering. There is a discrepancy between the turbo and non turbo motors.
B230F / Non Turbo Motors: M16 × 1.5 Thread Pitch
B230FT / Turbo Motors: M18 × 1.5 Thread Pitch
Check with local emissions regulations (especially for any California customers) before ordering, as deleting your EGR may cause the vehicle to not pass inspection. Further replacement of the ECU or EZK may be needed to avoid a check engine light when removing the EGR system, please do your own research on TurboBricks to confirm your systems requirements.
